Payments and Charges
We accept QRIS & Virtual Accounts as the payment method. While we strive to maintain accurate pricing on our website, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is found, the "Payment Gateway" will notify you via email. The total payment amount remains the same regardless of the chosen payment method. Shipping costs are determined based on your total order and location.
We accept orders via websites for all products. Once an order is placed on our website, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details and billing information after the payment is confirmed. The order is considered complete once the payment has been received and the product(s) have been shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply for items with heavy weight or irregular sizes, in which case customers will be notified via email and required to pay the additional shipping fees.
Shipping Information
Any additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders will be processed and ready for shipment within 1 to 2 working days after placement. Once dispatched, the package will arrive within 1 to 3 working days for local shipments, depending on the shipping method and destination, unless otherwise agreed.
We will provide a tracking number and shipping carrier information within 48 hours of dispatch. Since shipments are handled by third-party carriers, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, and we are no longer responsible for the package after that point. All orders will be shipped using JNE.
Lost or Damaged Items
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the shipping process. All purchases are made at your own risk. Any shipping-related damages must be resolved directly with the shipping company.
We will provide the tracking number and shipping company contact details if needed, but it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the carrier regarding lost or damaged packages. We do not assume responsibility for lost packages under any circumstances.
Exchange & Return Policy
